I had a great stay here! The location is perfect, not too far from all the action and it's just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The service housekeeping is excellent and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. I appreciated the airport shuttle and the tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were nice, including the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The rooftop pool and sun terrace were fabulous too, with great views and comfortable loungers to relax on.
I highly recommend this place to family and friends who are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We stayed in a clean and comfortable room, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The hotel's location was great, not far from the center of fun and only a short walk to the closest beach. The hotel was conveniently located near a supermarket, making it easy to grab everyday necessities. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
There were some unexpected extra costs that made our stay more expensive than we had anticipated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was always nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean and modern. It even had hot water, which is not always easy to find in this area. The location is great, just a short walk to the 5th avenue where you can find everything you need, like laundry services and supermarkets. If you're into cenotes, this hotel is a good choice. The rooftop pool offers a stunning view. The room was small but well-designed, and the bathroom was spacious. it was a great experience.

During my stay at Winday Hotel - Cerca 5A Avenida, I was pleasantly surprised by the new and clean facilities. The value for money was exceptional, especially compared to other options in Playa. Our room on the 5th floor provided a private sun deck, which was perfect for our toddler to play. Additionally, the location was great, away from the tourist crowds but still surrounded by local restaurants.
